Time for youngsters??

I know bringing in young players to a relegation dog fight is not ideal, it requires nerves of steel from management and support from senior players . Pitches are not conducive,† itís not the carpets that pro club academies play on .
However there is a train of thought that competitive non league is best for development as opposed to U23 etc .

Also the chance of a lad being scouted and serving as a financial lifeline to the club.

Thoughts please ?? Have some time to watch video

I agree. I have always thought that clubs like Lowestoft should be bringing local talented youngsters forward.
A proper training regime is needed; that includes the use of other facilities in the area to save the wear on the Meadow and encouraging others to run Reserve,  "A" teams etc:
Look at the number of teams (most paying to play) at some of our local clubs.

The disadvantage is the weight/strength difference with some of the older players. Is there a greater danger of injury?

About 40 teams , average 15 in each , paying £10 a month! Some earnings !

Grant and funding for NR32 gone to Barnards meadow so into Sentinel leisure.

Only option for LTFC to sell the meadow and look at sites and avenues available.

Yes injury is a concern with no insurance or contract but as in life itís about risk/ reward 🙂
