Youth Alliance team news
24th Feb, 2016 at 5:11pm

Watched the first half of the youth game against Romford Reds (my lunch break off work was 45 minutes Smiley )

Some good promising young lads with potential on show, the pitch was still heavy from last night but still some good football on show. They won 3-2 in the end.

If you have an afternoon spare then go along to watch and give them a bit of support.

They'll get a chane if they're good enough, the standard and level they play at is better than the reserves I heard someone say. Cruz (or Cruise?) was playing today and has been drafted into the first team as a back up sub, these players are 16/17 and who knows we may see the next Hendo/Reed John Sands come from this team.

The Youth Alliance have a rearranged league match against Brentwood Town at Crown Meadow this Friday. Midday kick-off.

Final score today Lowestoft Youth 2-1 Boston Utd.

Boston took a first half lead but Lowestoft dig in with 2 goals in the second half to claim the win. Excellent result.
